Portraits of Ants

The pictures were taken with a digital camera mounted on a dissecting scope. I took 100 shots of the ant head in different focal planes. These files were then processed with the software AutoMontage which results in a single image with improved depth of focus by focus stacking.

蟻の拡大写真だそうですが、「仮面ライダー」に似ている様な気がします。
右側の蟻はショッカーの怪人かもしれませんが・・・

他の拡大写真も大体そうですが、ちょっと不気味です。
