Boy George Cleans Up New York City

Donning the bright orange vest of the New York sanitation department, '80s icon Boy George began the first of his court-ordered five days of community service by cleaning up the streets in the Big Apple.

George was ordered to community service after pleading guilty to wasting police time in May, when he falsely reported a burglary. Instead of a burglar, police found a small amount of cocaine. Copping a plea, George was not charged with the cocaine beef and sentenced to the community service for the false call.
