Is this art that should stay or graffiti that needs to be removed?

A new Banksy has surfaced on the streets of Bristol. The image has appeared on the end building of Frog Street, looking out onto Park Street. The building is owned by Bristol City Council who are asking for your help to decide whether or not to remove it.

アートテロリスト、Banksy の最新作で建物は Bristol の市議会所有のセクシャル・ヘルス・クリニック（何なんでしょうか？）で、市議会はこれは消すべき落書きか、残すべきストリートアートかで人々の意見を聞きたいそうです。


私の意見ですか？
勿論ストリートアートで残すべきだという意見です。

でも、ちょっと公開されている意見を見た所、残したいという意見が多い様で私の意見が特殊という訳でもない様なので少し安心しました。
