Fallen Astronaut is an 8.5cm (slightly over 3") aluminum sculpture of an astronaut in a spacesuit. It is the only piece of art on the Moon.

Fallen Astronaut は 8.5cm の宇宙服を着た宇宙飛行士のアルミニウムの彫像で、月にある唯一のアートです。

ベルギーの彫刻家 Paul Van Hoeydonck はアポロ15号の船長、David Scott に依頼され、宇宙探査の進展のために命を落とした米ソの宇宙飛行士を追悼する小像を制作し、それが、月面に残されたそうです。
